Tacoma: Tuesday 9-5, Thursday 9-4, Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12

Bonney Lake: Mondays and Wednesdays 9-3 by appointment only

Sumner: Sumner CrossFit Thursdays 4:45-6:00pm
